This whole bat wax thing started a bit over two years ago. The lil guy on the left was the first mold I ever poured in my kitchen with a double boiler I bought at goodwill. The formula was bogus and I was using chocolate pelican molds I found on eBay. My original idea was to make a universal wax for baseball and surfing. I quickly realized that it would have to be one or the other and knew my heart was heavier with baseball. I found the original this morning and I thought I’d share a little piece of Pelican history :) #pelicanbatwax #batwax
