It's only taken us 3 years to finally get some pine tar rags of our own going. They are hand made right here in the good ol' US of A. They constructed out of durable cordura and have snap closures for when it's not in use. You can use our Grip Dip with a pine tar rag but we're going to begin working on a blend that's easier to apply with a rag.

We tweaked the formula of the Grip Dip so it's a bit easier to get into a pine tar rag while still keeping it very tacky. We also updated the container to a durable 4 oz. plastic jar with a screw top for a more secure storage. No more worrying about tar leaking in your gear bag on a hot summer day!

Justin Bour, 1st baseman for the Miami Marlins just sent over a series of photos of him getting some Grip Dip in their Pine Tar rag before one of their Spring games down in FL. I honestly have never ragged our Grip Dip but it looks like it works pretty good. The temperature probably needs to be on the warmer side so it loosens up a bit.
